Fleury Balerna is a subsidiary and a center of competence of Fleury LTD. Founded end of 2015 and located in Balerna in the southern part of Switzerland, this entity has specialized on the production of micro components for watch movements.
While producing on our own Fleury machines, we can guarantee highest precision, short delivery times and attractive pricing. The combination of our own machine tools with our passion for perfection and our customer orientation has put us in short time in a strong market position in contract manufacture.

Fleury Balerna

Cooperation and performance

The close cooperation between our centers of competence in Biel and Balerna enables us to implement the knowledge from contract manufacture in the development of our machines and transfer production lines.

You as our customer may directly profit from our core competences in machine tool development and from our experience in manufacturing with these tools.

Quality

With our stringent internal quality control, we can assure that every delivery of parts meets exactly with the customer’s requirements.

Fleury Balerna is capable to deliver completely finished parts in one go, which minimizes your potential risk of logistics detours and potential quality problems due to too many sub-suppliers.

Our machines are turning 7 days a week, 24 hours per day, resulting in short trough pass times and constantly high quality levels.

The complete manufacturing of base plates and bridges

With our own Fleury transfer lines, we are able to produce bridges and base plates as raw or finished parts. Finished parts means parts with deburring and/or sandblasting, decoration, galvanic surface treatment and setting of components like stones and pins.

Thanks to the flexibility of the modulo system, we can optimize our production processes for smaller batches of a few hundred parts up to larger size batches of several thousand parts per month.

Following the milling process, the parts are internally deburred and/or sandblast. The galvanic surface treatment is done by an external partner close to us, and the following component setting process is done again internally on our Fleury SP machines.

Machine outifit

Beside our own Fleury production machines we dispose of several general machine centers like 5-axis machines and conventional machine tools for our internal needs.

Washing

The washing process is fully automated and done by a transfer washing line type Elmasonic X-tra line precision.

Sand blasting

Our Bremor Type Ub 100/450 SP 82 installation for sand blasting in two sequential steps enables us to meet customer requirements even for aesthetical surface aspects.
